高温和吡虫啉长期驯化对禾谷缢管蚜温度响应的影响

摘要 为了研究高温(29℃)和吡虫啉长期定向驯化对禾谷缢管蚜响应温度的影响,采用动态加热法、生命表法分别测定禾谷缢管蚜生理热耐受性、生活史性状和种群参数。结果表明,高温和吡虫啉驯化以及当代发育高温均显著提高成蚜临界上限CTmax;与对照种群相比,高温及吡虫啉长期驯化种群分别将29℃下的CTmax提高0.66、0.47℃;但长期驯化对若蚜存活率以及成虫性状产生了显著负面影响,且以吡虫啉种群更为明显。与对照种群相比,吡虫啉种群在2个发育温度下的存活率分别下降50.33%和23.13%;22℃发育温度下的成虫寿命和繁殖量分别下降5.04 d和11.53头。长期的高温及吡虫啉驯化对种群参数均有负面影响。长期高温和吡虫啉亚致死驯化在诱导热耐受性升高的同时带来生活史性状和种群生态表现的负面代价。其中,农药长期驯化带来的获利较小,代价最高,预示长期农药施用可能会对昆虫适应气候变暖产生不利影响。 To study the effects of high temperature(29℃)and long-term directional acclimation of imidacloprid on response temperature of Rhopalosiphum padi,the physiological heat tolerance,life-history and population parameters were measured by dynamic heating method and life table method.The result showed that the critical temperature maximum CTmax of aphids were significantly increased by high temperature and imidacloprid acclimation and contemporary high temperature.The high temperature and long-term acclimation of imidacloprid increased the CTmax of 29℃by 0.66,0.47℃,respectively,however,long-term acclimation had a significant negative effect on the survival rate and adult traits of aphid,and imidacloprid species were more obvious.The survival rate of imidacloprid population rate decreased by 50.33%and 23.13%at the two developmental temperatures compared with the control population,and adult life and reproduction rate decreased by 5.04 d and 11.53 heads at the 22℃developmental temperature.Overall,the long-term acclimation of high temperature and imidacloprid had negative effects on population parameters.The results show that long-term high temperature and imidacloprid sublethal domestication can induce the increase of heat tolerance,and bring negative cost of life history and population ecological performance.Among them,long-term domestication of pesticides brings less profit and the highest cost,which indicates that long-term application of pesticides may have adverse effects on insect adaptation to climate warming.
